Can I bring my cellphone to the treatment facility?
In order to provide the level of treatment our clients have come to expect, we do not permit cellphones in our detox or residential facilities. If you bring a mobile phone, staff will securely store your device until it is permitted for use.
Are family or friends allowed to visit?
You can arrange visits during business hours. Our treatment team will manage these visits.
What do I tell my employer?
How do I pay for treatment?
We accept payments from most major insurance carriers. Depending on your level of insurance, you may be responsible for covering a portion of your treatment. If you’re not sure about your insurance coverage, a member of staff will help you contact your insurance company to find out. We also provide additional payment options to underinsured or uninsured clients.
How long does treatment last?
The length of stay depends on your personal treatment needs and the level of your insurance coverage. You will have full say in the decision with your clinical team. Our priority is for you to receive the most in-depth treatment for your personal needs.
What happens on my first day of treatment?
Upon your arrival, one of the behavioral health technicians (BHT) will greet you and assist with your belongings. Afterward, you will be taken to a private room so you can sign a consent for treatment. This document is important, as it grants us permission to treat your alcohol or substance use disorder. There will be an orientation after that.
Will I be able to see a doctor?
Yes, every client will talk with a board-certified physician. Additionally, clients have access to a range of other clinical and medical professionals.
